Charter Trips
Cod & Haddock Trips
Stellwagen Bank is known for world famous ground fishing. Spend the day catching Cod, Haddock, Pollock and other species of ground fish. Offering excellent eating and fighting, this trip offers great opportunities to catch lots of fish and to go home with full coolers.
Tuna Trips
Test your skills against the hardest fighting fish in the ocean aboard Chasin Tail Charters. Blue Fin Tuna can grow to over 1,000 pounds. These fish offer a challenging fight for a beginner to the most experienced angler. Trolling and live bait fishing is our most productive methods of fishing these magnificent fish. School Tuna average 100 to 250 pounds. Giant Tuna typically range from 500 to 900 pounds.
Shark Trips
These hard fighting toothy critters offer an exciting way to spend a day fishing. Blue Sharks are the predominant sharks found in our waters. Mako, Porbeagle and Thresher Sharks also are regular Shark species caught on the Chasin Tail.
Striped Bass and Blue Fish
Scenic fishing off of Cape Cod offers great opportunity to catch trophy Bass and Blues. The spring run of Striped Bass begins in the middle of May and remains excellent into October. Striped Bass and Blue fish will give you the opportunity for an action filled day.
Combo Trips
Can’t decide? Choose two types of fish to chase for the day! One of the most popular trips. This trip gives you the opportunity to catch multiple species for the day.
Shared Charters (Available every Wednesday)
Come alone or with friends! This trip allows you to join in on a Charter aboard the Chasin Tail with other small groups. All fish caught on this trip are divided evenly. By the end of the day you will have met new friends who share your passion for fishing. Cancellation Policy
Due to adverse weather conditions it is sometimes necessary to cancel a scheduled trip. The captain will make this decision in the best interest of passenger safety. If it is not possible to reschedule the trip, your deposit will be returned in full. If the customer decides to cancel the scheduled trip, a minimum of 10 days notice before sailing is required for return of deposits.
